Hello, wonderful wild ones - and welcome to those who have joined the Wild Women Writersβ Salons recently. With the world feeling even more unsteady than usual, creating space for conversation and connection feels so essential. Sadly, due to complications in my recovery post-accident, the new salon programme will start later in the year, with a temporary pause in live events. As this also means no additional author interviews or recordings for the newsletter, this will also impact the usual newsletter.
But all is not lost! To keep you going, I am lifting the paywall over January- March and sharing links to the 2023/34 programme recordings β opening up a year of incredible, inspiring conversations between authors about the things that matter. After this, the 2023-24 links will be archived and no longer be viewable in the newsletters β so do take the opportunity to catch them before they go.

For those who havenβt upgraded to a paid subscription yet, please consider it for the forthcoming programme. Paid subs are vital to helping support the behind-the-scenes work of bringing the salons to everyone. It also gives you access to extra author interviews, writing prompts, reading recommendations, writing opportunities and monthly access to recordings of the salons.
Want to read the books?
The salons are carefully curated to bring together authors in discussion around their work, exploring connections and creative practice. All the books can be read as stand-alone, but something magical happens when you read them together and carry on that conversation between the works.
Did you know that you can find all the author books and recommended reads on our Bookshop page, or you can buy author books directly (deliverable worldwide) from Sam Read Booksellers?

Self-Care Snippet
βCreativity is not a solitary movement. That is its power. Whatever is touched by it, whoever hears it, sees it, senses it, knows it, it's fed. That is why beholding someone else's creative word, images, idea, fills us up, and inspires us to our own creative work. A single creative act has the potential to feed a continent. One creative act can cause a torrent to break through stone..β β Clarissa Pinkola Γstes
