Hi Hannah — what a beautiful thing to do. The salons are recorded. They take about a week for us to edit and subtitle and a link is then sent out via Eventbrite to all ticket holders (within 8 days of live event) which they can use to view and download the event.
Hi Victoria, thanks for your kind words. I am trying to find a way to allow my Mum to access the ticket at log into Eventbrite. Is there a way of transferring the ticket to her email/name, please?
Hi — I’m sorry, I don’t think there is at the Eventbrite end — you have to be registered to be able to access tickets I think — but I might be wrong. If you can’t find a way, let me know as I could possibly send a direct link to your mum via the backdoor, but this would be strictly for her use and not to be shared, to protect the privacy of the event.
